Testimonials
This retreat was my first-ever and I’m so glad I chose to do it through Nature’s Heart! Even though I’ve never been on another retreat, I could easily tell the thought, detail, and care that went into the one I attended.
Justin is a fabulous teacher and the space he created was one where it was incredibly easy to learn, grow, and experience the joys of simply being alive.
Thanks again to Justin and the entire team, I hope to be back again for another retreat soon!
…All in all, I believe we all need more of βthisβ in our lives given the culture we live in and to give each of our broken hearts a chance, and as Justin so aptly put it, that I will paraphrase here, healing occurs naturally when we allow the space for it to β we don’t have to try or force anything β it simply happens in the room we make for it. I urge each of us to please make room β and to do so here with Justin out in the National Forest would be a gift to yourself, your loved ones, the rest of us, and the planet. Many thanks.
βWe walked in silence through ancient groves and high mountain lakes to a spacious camp set along the edges of a wide sedge grass meadow. The meals were unbelievable. Fresh, organic, and sourced from local farms. Tastefully prepared with love. Yet, among this incredible natural bounty Justin delivered Dharma talks that were grounded and accessible. He has found ways to express the ancient wisdoms of the Buddha that are applicable to our own lives here and now, in this different time and culture. To drink in the nature of oneself day after day in community with others of like mind is a transformative experience.β
I’ve had a wonderful time on retreats with Nature’s Heart. A combination of traditional teachings, nature immersion, and heart-centeredness creates a safe and inspiring environment for peaceful, transformative experiences. Looking forward to the next one!
